Do you have The Incredible Hulk by Stan Lee which came out in 1978? It has a beautiful black cover with Banner transforming into Hulk by Bob Larkin.

I may have overlooked it in your lists, but what about the 5 book Warbound series? or dont you include that as part of the book. I have #4 of 5 and couldnt find a spot for it and finally realized it was its own mini-series that tied into WWH.
