Just got this one. I think Mark Sylvestri (I don’t know if that is spelt right) is so much better when he inks his own stuff. Alot of inkers seem to muddle his drawings too much. Alot of the posters that I have I got for free… some way or another. This one Corry gave me. OthersContinue reading “Hulk Poster (2007)”
This is really heavy. I bought 2 when they first came out – I used one and it lasted for a while – but eventually broke off the chain. I think this is a good piece. Maybe some day I will break this package open and use this one as well. Who am IContinue reading “Diecast Key Chain (1997)”
I actually bought these. From Toys R Us. By myself. I think I was alone too. What that cashier must’ve been thinking. She must’ve thought it was so weird, right? Well, maybe it didn’t help matters that I wasn’t wearing any pants – but still…
These were a gift. Weird right? Someone gets you a gift- you open it and… it’s napkins. I think I even thanked the person who got me them. I think it was my friend Kelly. When I found these in the storgae bin where I keep them – I was laughing – thinking to myself, IContinue reading “Hulk Napkins (1995)”
These are the Luck Boxes I have so far. Most are novelty lunch pails, not really used for lunches. The only genuine lunchbox in this set is the metal one with Spiderman and the Hulk on it. The otherside features Captian America, who died this year, so it’s not a real HULK lunch box. I’veContinue reading “Hulk Lunch Boxes (1980)(1999)”
Another Applause product from ’97. I think I actually used this once or twice. It’s a fun piece – and out of all the mugs/glasses/cups that I have it is one of the better representations of the Hulk.
This is one of my favorite covers. Mostly because of the guy in the front yelling “Kill him!” Then he clarifies “Kill the Hulk!” Like one of the soldiers was thinking “Who did he mean? Kill him? Who him? I need direction here!” It actually doesn’t even look like he’s pointing at theContinue reading “Incredible Hulk #120 (1969)”
They started releasing the T.V. show in 2006 and season 2 came out this year (’07). I will end up getting all 5 seasons, of course, but I haven’t even gotten through watching season 1 yet. One of my favorite shows ever is when there is an evil Hulk with greying hair and aContinue reading “Incredible Hulk Seasons 1 & 2 (2006)”
I was ecstatic to walk into Newbury Comics yesterday and see a few of these just came in. I asked about them Tuesday, went back Wednesday and BLAMMO! Like magic there it was! It’s pretty funky – and the Surfer’s face is on the bottom piece – because at the end the zombies ate theContinue reading “Zombie Hulk (2007)”
These are sunglasses that say “The Incredible Hulk” on them. That’s all. These were a present for my birthday from my friend Corry, back in ’97. I actually tried to wear them but they are too small.
These I got in the now defunct Comic Book Museum. I went there with my friend Corry to see some sort of display – I forget now. I remember it being really amazing that they even had a comic book museum – but it didn’t last very long. Was a bit if a shame really. Continue reading “Postcards (1995)”
The thing I love about this is that they say it’s limited – but don’t tell you by how much. Also they specify – on the box – that this is an adult collectible. The number on the certificate is #0-762, whatever that means. This is the “Modern Day” Statue – because the comicContinue reading “Pewter Statue (1996)”
