Ummm… Part 8

That’s probably the last thing I would even think of doing.  And I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t want pictures to prove I did it.  But this guy seems pretty proud of himself.  And look at that grip!  He’s done that before – you can tell!

Well that’s just too bad….

Well… at least it’s not perman… oh, wait.  Yikes.

“Power of Doctor Banner” Super 8 Film (1976)

This is the coolest thing to find!  It’s an 8mm, black and white, 11-minute, silent film starring the Hulk in a cartoon called Power of Doctor Banner.  It’s from 1976, the same year I was born, and released by Ken Films, once located on Main St. of Fort Lee, New Jersey.  My plan is to see if any of the companies that transfer these over to DVD will do it for this.  Sometimes they have issues transfering things that are copywritten, but if I can just convince them that I’m just a geek with a dream, maybe they will do it for me.  I would love to see what it looks like.  Too bad I threw away my 8mm projector with my bell-bottoms and 8-track.  What an idiot I am!

UPDATE: So apparently, there were two versions of this super 8 made.  One is the B/W silent version before you – the other is the colorized with sound.  Out of the two, though, the B/W, silent version is the harder version to find – and as a purist – I don’t mind having the B/W version.  I just want to find a way to watch it!

Marvel Heroes Calendar (2008)

This calendar was given to me by my wife and has a few very cool images of the Hulk.  Happy 2008, I hope it has been a great one so far!

(I know this isn’t a great blog, but it’s just a calendar, what do you expect?)
