We in the Hulk community are a rare breed – it’s not everyday where you meet collectors who are not only supportive of each other and their collections – but also super sweet guys who just want every fan get what they want! Sometimes collectors want to be the sole owner of rare pieces no one else will ever get – but most of the Hulk collectors I encounter are great guys who look out for each other.
Such is the case with the 2 guys in the above photo. Steve and Dave run 2 other Hulk blogs that just crush it in displaying their Hulk merch while informing fans of what’s out there or coming out! Check out the sites
Thanks to these two great gentlemen we are always able to stay afloat of everything green and great – to boot, they are super nice guys as well who I hope to meet someday! Of course, I may be the odd man out as I don’t have a personalized license plate… yet!
What is the point of comics if you don’t read them? Don’t be one of those CGC slabbing comic book “collectors”! Make sure to read them over and over again! Here is a list of what I’ve been reading from my collection:
|The Green Goblin (1996)
W: DeFalco / A: Kobasic, Ramos
Issue I’m Reading – #5
Total Issues in the Series – #13
|Philip Ulrich, the nephew of crack ace reporter Ben Ulrich, has taken an internship at the bugle. He also has happened upon the Green Goblin’s old lair and his old suit! In a momentary lapse in judgement – although he seems to rarely have good judgement at all – he puts on the suit and flies around. Unsure of what to do with the suit he is flying around trying to decide if it’s worth his time to be a good guy!

|Venom vs Wolverine (1996)
W: Hama / A: Pierre, Milgrom
Issue I’m Reading – #3
Total Issues in the Series – #3
|I am so much more inclined to have villains stay villains. When a sociopath such as Wolverine comes across the path of a crazed wanna-be good guy like Venom you know that the claws will be out! Especially when Venom is taken over by the hilariously named “Dirtnap”
|The Incredible Hulk (1962)
W: Englehart / A: Trimpe, Trapani
Current Issue – #162
Total Issues in the Series – #474
|I’m always reading an older Hulk issue (maybe to remind me of the good days) while I never read this series in order – or even bother going over some issues at all – I do love me some of the classic Hulk tales! Wendigo continues to be the most tragic, deadly and graphic villains in the Hulk lore! This issue is easily one of my favorites of all time!
So far: A+
W: King / A: Janin
Issue I’m Reading- #31
Total Issues in the Series (so far) – #39
|Granted this is a new series but since I’m not up to date I feel it’s better to keep it in this section until I catch up. Anyways, I’ve breezed through this series due to how well it is written. Some great stories (The Button, I am Bane), others are just good (I am Gotham, War of Jokes and Riddles) – either way Tom King is a fresh voice for the caped crusader and the stories are very enjoyable!

Anyways, what are you guys reading from your collection? What do you think?
Believe it or not this post is simply to say I have been posting on this site now for 11 years – keeping this blog alive over the years has not been easy. It has, though, been a ton of fun! I have met so many new people and Hulk fans all over I can honestly say that this site has been a blessing! To all the readers who keep on coming back – THANK YOU! Let’s see what happens in the next 11 years… maybe they’ll not only bring Bruce back and give him his own title but they’ll put a writer on the book that actually knows how to write the greatest character ever! Here’s to post #:
