I can’t express the sheer joy that overcomes me when I stumble across something Hulk that I haven’t seen before but desperately want in my collection. Of course, with the amount of stuff that continues to flood the market I’m more shocked that I don’t find things on a more regular basis. But this, like most things these days, is a gem brought to us from the good folks at Funko!
The stylized sculpts are really fun and I’m even pleasantly surprised to find that pretty much everything released – even though it’s from the same company – looks unique and different. The Wobblers have a much slimmer body but also more dynamic poses! I don’t even mind the exclusion of the Hulk brandishing any type of weaponry! His expressively large head commands attention and his helmet sporting the huge feathery fin tops this wobbler out to be taller than most!
If there was one thing to pick at it would be that Funko is made to make all their Marvel pieces bobble heads. While Wobblers actually make sense to “wobble” something it doesn’t seem out of place here – but I would certainly love to see Funko be able to deliver something other than Dorbz that doesn’t require this feature!
There a few space ships that I would recognize by sight alone. Starlord’s ship is easily on that list! I love the look of the ship! They released a few of these now – for the first movie and then here – and another on a Guardians of the Galaxy themed card.
I was even pleasantly surprised to find the little attachment added that allows you to display the space craft the way it should be! I truly wish there was a bigger version of this piece – like the ones they make for the Star Wars figures.

He’s both hilarious and enjoyable to watch… but I just can’t see him as the Hulk!
I can’t even say I know what category to put these little guys in. The pictures above and below are from the top of a container of bubbles. I think the little Hulk bust is adorable enough to get. If you can find it it’s actually pretty cheap – and you get bubbles! Who doesn’t love bubbles?
Below is a little plastic charm that goes to a set of sunglasses. The charms are different superhero faces with the Hulk being oddly smug. Admit it, no other superhero could get away with a look like that!
It always made sense for the Hulk to be the spokes person for Honeycomb. As a kid I remember having a hard time fitting more than 3 at a time in my mouth. I loved this stuff – and with the way the Hulk pours the box into the bowl I’m pretty sure he goes through a box a day!
I had to look back to see the other Hulk boogie board I had found back in 1999. While I know I still have it somewhere it’s sort of buried in the greatness of the Hulk room. I love the original image but this one isn’t too bad either. I know I am sort of a dinosaur but I get more excited when I see a classic image of the Hulk rather than the more present day Hulk that always seems to be shilling for the Avengers MCU.
I really do love fun pieces like this when adding things to the Hulk collection. With almost 20 years between the purchases of these boogie boards I would say if I see another I may have to just pass. I love it but I’m pretty sure I don’t need three – let alone the two I have – boogie boards that I will never use! I found this at TRU in Kingston – in one of it’s last days open. I will truly miss that store.
Granted, I get Hulk plush figures because of the Hulk collection – but then I see another soft that doesn’t exactly fit into the theme but still have to pick it up because of how cool it is! I love this little Thanos with his tiny Infinity Gauntlet! If Thanos was real and looked this cute – who knows? I may just let him destroy half the universe due to how cute he is!
