I’m not sure who’s idea this was – but thank goodness! I can’t tell you how many times I was sitting around thinking – boy, I wish I had a Hulk snow globe. And now I do! Apparently though, I was the only one thinking that because this piece does not sell very well. While I paid a very reduced price at a comic shop in CT I’ve seen this on ebay being completely ignored. I like it though.
Savage Hulk (1996)
I know this Hulk says “Transforming Action” on the bottom, but I don’t know what kind of “Action” it is. See, the really ugly Hulk is hollow and the little Bruce Banner slips into a slit in ugly Hulks back and TA-DAH! Transforming Action! Made for the UPN cartoon – this is the ugliest figure. It looks like Hulk’s retarded cousin. Where’s his neck? Why’s he so fat? And Bruce? Put some clothes on for goodness sake.
Steel Body Trap Playset (1996)
This is one of the play-sets I have – the other – the better – I will post later. This steel body trap places Hulk into an inescapable… wait, is that a cushion around his head? How is this God-Awful trap holding anything? I wouldn’t trust it to hold a raccoon. Because raccoons are crafty! Watch those little suckers! Comes with a figure, so it’s got that going for it.
Hulk Transporter and Buggy (2006)
Keown Statue (2004)
No doubt, Keown was a master at illustrating the Hulk. Too bad he’s so lazy. Keown left the amazing run on the Hulk to create Pitt for Image comics – he put out a whole 6 issues in, like, 3 years. He’s returned to the Hulk a few times over the years – to much acclaim – but never full time. Still his presence is still felt to this day. This statue captures his style really well, and being #315 out of 1000 – it’s also a pretty rare piece. I don’t think there is a grey version – but that’s good. This sculpt wouldn’t make sense as grey Hulk.
Superhero Squad (2006)
Classic Marvel Team Ups and Battles (2006)
Hulk is the only one in the Marvel universe who could go toe to toe with a GOD! Chalk that up to another thing that Hulk and Buffy Summers have in common. Even Thor has a hard time taking the Hulk down. Of course this toy really doesn’t show anything like that. When you press the metal things at the bottom the two metal characters swing side to side at each other. Looks more like they are dancing then fighting. Heck, Hulk could out-dance Thor too!
Loose Figures (1978-2003)
A whole bunch of nonsense is going on here – these are the Hulk figures that I have loose. You will recognize some… The Marvel Legends figure series 1 from ’02 that I posted earlier. Also, that damned Toy Biz figure from ’91 – I told you I had a few of those running around. Fixit from ’96 and a few others from that era – but the standouts in this collection are the Incredible Bulk (Homer as Hulk) ’02 the Mighty Beanz Hulk in the front from ’03. The 2 larger Hulks in the back are the oldest. The one on the far right with his hands up is from ’78. There is a small nozzle on the back which, as I’m told, is from an early version of the Rage Cages where you would blow the Hulk up until the cage broke from all around him. Next to him is the other Hulk from ’79 – and apparently he came with either a rock or log that you would plug into his head and he would throw it. The other Hulks of mention here in the infamous McDonald’s Hulk, the small one in blue pants in the front. Also, in front of the crumbled rock wall is a bendy Hulk from ’89 and the Hulk fighter (the thing with no legs), you hold it in your hands and press buttons to make him swing around and hit something, from ’01.
Hulk Motorized Truck (2002)

Doesn’t seem that long ago – but it was now creeping up on 5 years that I got this thing. I’ve never used it and am not particularly fond of the Hulk Image (It’s the same one used on the Hummer I posted). I could be wrong – but I think my sister bought this for me – of course I could be saying that because I don’t want to take credit for buying this.
Tranformations Statue (1997)
This big mutha of a statue is the very first statue I bought. It took me months of putting $10 here and $20 there to Bill, the guy behind the register at New England Comics in Brockton, to finally get this guy out of hock – but it was worth it. This is # 652 out of 1500 There is a grey version but I chose to get the green because it was my first statue. My sister once dropped this down the stairs – and the resin bastard survived without a scratch. Truly one of my favorite pieces.
Marvel Legends Icons (2007)
This is absolutely the coolest figure that came out in a long time – although it seems as if the Hulk has acne problems when he was younger. His skin looks like sandpaper and a coral reef all at once. There is a grey version of this figure out – and I am in current pursuit of it as we speak. I will post it as soon as I obtain one.
Hulk Crazy Straw (1997)

The same time I was given the Hulk pencil with Hulk hanging on the top, I was given this too. I thought about using it – but never did – in fear of having whatever I drank (like chocolate milk) not completely washing out and ruining the straw. It’s a shame though… A crazy straw that’s never been used is almost like Disco Stu – without the polyester suit.
Marvel Shape Shifters (1999)
These aren’t great figures – in fact, the transformation is this: Hulk in underpants to Dinosaur with Down Syndrome. The grey version is more of the same wild fun! I picked these pieces up at Toys R Us in Kingston – the back of the package says that this Hulk is from an alternate reality where, when the Hulk needs extra strength, he morphs into a dinosaur (more like clumsily folds into…) Wait, Hulk needing extra strength? What kind of bull-cocky is that?
That’s right! I said bull-cocky – and I’m not even sorry! Go ahead tell my mother! See if I care!
Spider Hulk (2006)
Mini-Bowen Statue (2002)
This statue only stands about 8 1/2″ high but it is such a beautifully scuplted statue – it doesn’t matter. Is it a rare piece? Not really – my statue here is #5766 out of 7000 – and compared to the other staues I have, this is ALOT. I keep this on the desk in my apartment that when you first walk in, you see right away. It’s a piece that I think anyone can appreciate – even if you’re not a fan.
